When does the clock start ticking?

Bikes must be returned on or before the time of pickup specified on reservation form. For example, a bike reserved for pickup at 11am must be returned by 11am the following day to qualify for one 24 hour rental period, EVEN IF THE TIME OF ACTUAL PICKUP IS LATER. This is because we typically have other pickups pending for each bike. * CANCELATION POLICY Less than a week rental; - More than 48hr notice - EBR collects, 5% of total rental cost, 95% is returned to customer - Less than 48hr notice - EBR collects, 1st day charge (of single bike fee, per bike More than a week rental; - More than 48hr notice - EBR collects, 2 full day charges (of two day bike fee, per bike) - Less than 48hr notice - EBR collects, half of total rental cost Late drop-off or early pick-up;

A CREDIT card and photo ID are required for imprint at check out in case of theft or damage. Debit cards may be used for payment, but may not be used for securty deposit.
