When does the clock start ticking? *

Bikes must be returned on or before the time of pickup specified on reservation form. For example, a bike reserved for pickup at 11am must be returned by 11am the following day to qualify for one 24 hour rental period, EVEN IF THE TIME OF ACTUAL PICKUP IS LATER.
